Locate the icon for the SoniCloud Mobile App.

Press and hold the SoniCloud app icon - this will open a context menu.

Select "App Info". You may need to use the right arrow on the menu.

On the App Info screen, scroll down and locate the "Storage" section.

Tap on "Storage" to open the Storage page.

Scroll to the bottom of the Storage page.

Press the "Clear Data" button to clear the app data.

Press the "Clear Cache" button to clear the app cache.

Close the Storage page.
-
Reopen the SoniCloud mobile app and sign in to continue using the app.
