Tour the Duo
The Front of the SoniShield Duo:
- The Center of the Front Plate has a white label that will indicate your SoniShield Duos identification number. WiFi meters will have it listed as "MAC", Cellular meters will have it listed as "IMEI" and 900 MHz meters will have it listed as "SN".
- The left side of the Front Plate has a Wrench Icon. That is to indicate that the inset button on the left side of the SoniShield Duo is for Different Check-in Functionality.
- The right side of the front plate has a Reset Icon. This is to indicate that the inset button on the right side of the SoniShield duo is for performing a hard reset on the meter.
- The bottom of the Front Plate has two LED indicators. The left LED is where any diagnostic codes will be indicated, and the right LED is a charging indicator.
The Left Side of the SoniShield Duo
- The small circular hole on the left side is the location of the inset "On/Off Transmit" button. If Sonicu Support ever asks for you to do a manual check-in, this is the button to interact with.
- The slot on this side of the SoniShield Duo is where the SoniShield Duos internal MicroSD Card is stored. You should NEVER need to interact with the internal memory of the SoniShield Duo.
The Right Side of the SoniShield Duo
- The small circular hole on the right side of the SoniShield Duo is the location of the inset "Reset" button. If Sonicu Support ever asks you to perform a hard reset or to "Power Cycle" your SoniShield Duo, this is the button to interact with.
The Underside of the SoniShield Duo
- On either end of the underside of the SoniShield Duo are your Probe/Sensor inputs. These inputs will automatically check for what type of Probe/Sensor is inserted every time the SoniShield Duo performs a check-in, meaning you can freely interchange any Sonicu Probe/Sensor.
- In the center of the underside is the Micro USB Charging Port.
