Enabling Un-Snooze Alarm Notifications

To receive notifications for alarms that become un-snoozed

While logged in to sonicumonitoring.com select the ‘Navigate’ Button in the top right and select ‘My Profile’.

Scroll down until you see the ‘Un-snooze Notifications’ section. 

There are three options for un-snooze notifications. 

1. 1. Do Not Notify (You will not receive un-snooze notifications)
   2. Always Notify (you will always receive notifications when an alarm is un-snoozed)
   3. Limited Notifications (you will receive the un-snooze notification, but not a re-notification if a re-notification is triggered within 15 minutes of being un-snoozed)

Select the ‘Save User’ button at the bottom of the page.
