Error: That Email is Already in Use

If you are seeing this error message at the top of your dashboard, there could be multiple causes:

1. The email that has been entered is already in use and you must choose a different email destination.
 
2. If you tried to create a new account because you have forgotten your password, please instead go to https://www.sonicumonitoring.com/password/email to reset your password.
 
3. If you have deleted the user and are trying to add them back, you must contact Sonicu. When you click to delete a user, we do not completely remove them from our system for security and auditing reasons. This can be resolved by simply emailing support@sonicu.com and describing your issue.
