A Device Profile Template must be created by Sonicu prior to being applied to devices at a customer location. Please contact CustomerSuccess@sonicu.com for the creation of a device template.
Ensure that the mobile app, SoniCloud, is downloaded and signed in on your phone or tablet and that you have Bluetooth enabled. You will also need to be within Bluetooth range to each device to apply the device profile template.
Apply the Device Profile Template steps:

Open the SoniCloud mobile app

Select the correct customer SoniCloud site by searching and clicking the site name

Select 'Settings' in the bottom right corner

Select 'Scan for Sonicu Devices'

Search for the device using the last 4 characters of the serial number (labeled on the faceplate of the device)

Select the device you want to apply the device profile template

On the next screen, select 'Apply Device Profile Template' (3rd option from the top)

Click on the drop-down menu, then 'Select a Template'

Choose the appropriate template, then verify that the 'Here's what's changing:' information is correct

Select 'Apply Changes'

The new Profile Template is now applied to the device.

Repeat the process above for each device.
