There are 2 methods to manually check in your SoniShield Duo meter. Both methods are detailed below.
Physical Check-In
1. Use a pin or paperclip to hold down the On/Off Transmit button.
2. When you start holding the button down, the Status LED on the left will start flashing RED.
3. The LED will flash RED three times, then start flashing GREEN.
4. Let go of the button once you see green flashing.
5. This will complete your manual check-in.
Using SoniShield Mobile App
(It is recommended to be in the same room with the meter when trying to connect)
1. From the Settings tab, select "Scan for SoniShield Meters (BLE)."
2. From the Meters List, select the Meter you wish to connect to. This can be confirmed by matching the Serial Number Listed to the Label on the front of the meter.
3. The App will connect to the selected Meter.
4. Once connected, you will see the Device Menu. Choose "LED Reset via Bluetooth."
5. From the LED Reset list, choose "Green: Manual Check-In."
6. Your Duo meter will now perform a manual check-in.
