Sonicu Technical Support may occasionally ask you to perform a manual check-in of your Sonicu Meter. The steps below detail how that process works.
1. Locate the On/Off Transmit button on the top of your Sonicu device.
2. Using a paperclip, or something similar in size, insert it into the hole to activate the internal reset button.
3. Hold the button down for 4 seconds, or until you see a green LED flash. (For older Sonicu devices, hold for 4 white flashes)
4. Release button.
5. Once you get a solid green LED on the device, the check-in is complete.
