If your Site's network information was not provided to Sonicu for pre-programming, the Duo meters must be configured with your Wifi SSID & Passkey before installation. Sonicu strongly recommends completing Network Questionnaire or contacting your Sonicu Customer Success Manager to get a profile template set up if you’re connecting multiple meters.
Once SSID and Passphrase have been entered and updated your meter should now connect to your network. If your meter is still not connecting to SoniCloud after this is complete, please reach out to Sonicu Support for further assistance.
