This feature allows you to set up repeating, escalating, and tiered alarming, sometimes referred to as a call tree.
To set up Alarm Notification Delays, please follow the steps listed below:
1. Click on the Navigate button on the top right corner of the page and select "Settings".
2. In the "Alarms and Notifications" section of the Settings page, select "Escalation & Repeating"
3. The first column on this page is your user list. The second column is your Alarm Notification Delay. The third column is your Re-notification interval. Click on the user you wish to update. Once you select the user, a pop up will appear from the right side of your screen.
4. Enter the amount of additional delay you would like this user to have before receiving alarms. *Please note* This delay will be in addition to the delay that already exists from the Alarm Buffer Time. This time is entered in minutes. For example, if you want a 3 hour delay before receiving alarms, you would enter 180.
5. Once you have entered the Notification Delay interval, click the green Save button.
*For users who need to receive the alarm as soon as it is generated, leave the Alarm Notification Delay at 0 minutes. This will send the alarm as soon as it is generated by SoniCloud. *
