If your DPS probe is not reading correctly in the field, it can be locally zeroed to assure correct pressure readings. Only meters on Firmware v4.61 or later have this capability. Check your device's settings page for its firmware version.
1. Make sure the DPS sensor is connected to the Sonicu meter.
2. Remove Tubing from DPS probe to assure zero pressure differential between High Pressure and Low Pressure sides of probe, as shown in the image below.
3. Using a paperclip (or something of similar size, hold down the On/Off Transmit button (pictured below) until the LED on the front of the meter starts flashing Blue (dark blue). The sequence will be:
Red - Green - Yellow - Blue (RELEASE!)
4. Once you get a solid green LED on the meter, the update is complete, verify on your SoniCloud Dashboard (or Local Display if available) that the pressure reading has reset to Zero. If this does not work, repeat these steps or contact Sonicu Support.
