LED Codes for the Sonishield series of Meters

This Document Will indicate the LED Diagnostic Codes for the Sonishield Series of Meters.

WiFi LED Codes
Reading WiFi SN Bootup: Will only see this when the Meter turns on for the first time
Can't Read WiFi SN Error: There is an issue with the WiFi radio. Contact Sonicu Support for assistance
Initializing WiFi Radio Bootup: WiFi Radio is starting up and attempting to connect to the Wireless Access Point
Error Initializing WiFi Radio Error: There is an issue with the WiFi radio making a connection to the Wireless Access Point. 
Attempting WiFi Connection Bootup: The Meter is attempting to connect to Wireless Access Point and make a connection to Sonicloud servers
Unable to Connect to Access Point
Error: Meter was unable to connect to Sonicloud servers through the Wireless Access Point

 

900 MHz and Cellular LED Codes
Searching for Radio Bootup: Will only see this when the Meter turns on for the first time
Radio Not Found
Hardware Issue: Radio out of socket
Attempting to send Data Bootup: The Meter is attempting to connect to Verizon's 4G LTE network
Destination Unreachable (Cell Only)
Error: The Meter was unable to connect to Verizon's 4G LTE network. Move the Meter to a different area.

 

BLE Status LED Codes
BLE Advertising Started BLE is initialized and accessible from the SoniCloud app
Reading BLE Values  
Establishing BLE Connection App is connecting & reading all values from Duo
BLE Disconnected
Not necessarily an error. This will show anytime the app disconnects from the Duo

 

Device Error LED Codes
Low Battery Error: Recharge battery
Error Reading Input #1 Error: Probe disconnected on Input 1. Check both the probe and the cable for any disconnects on the line
Error Reading Input #2 Error: Probe disconnected on Input 2. Check both the probe and the cable for any disconnects on the line
Failed to Initialize SD Card Error: SD card issue. Hard reset of Duo can fix this
No SD Card Error: Check that SD card is fully inserted
