My Sonicu Meter is Not Showing Up in the SoniCloud Mobile App

There are a few different ways to fix the issue of your SoniShield Duo not showing up in your SoniCloud Mobile App.  The most common reason that this happens is your meter goes to sleep.  This is common if your meter is not connected to power, as the meter will go to sleep between check-ins to conserve battery life. 

1. If your meter is asleep, you will need to use a paperclip to hold the On/Off Transmit button down until the LEFT LED flashes green.  It will flash red 3 times first, then flash green 3 times.  Let go when the green flashes start.  This will wake the meter. 

 

2. If the meter still does not appear in your app after doing this, please use your paperclip to hold down the depress the reset button.  The reset button is on the right (opposite) side of the meter from the On/Off Transmit Button and Micro SD card slot, as seen in the example above.  The reset button does not need held down, just press, release, then repeat step 1.
