SoniCloud Mobile App: Google Pixel Unable to Log In

Troubleshooting ‘Unable to Log In. Please use SoniCloud Log In Window for Authorization’ Error Message

Clearing Cache and Data:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Apps
  3. Select Chrome
  4. Select Storage & cache
  5. Clear Storage and Clear Cache

If you are still unable to log in, verify that JavaScript is enabled. Follow the steps below to enable.

Enabling JavaScript:

  1. Go to Chrome.
  2. Select the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Scroll down and select Site Settings.
  5. Scroll down and select JavaScript.
  6. Make sure it is toggled on.
