View User Training: Reading and Understanding the Graphical Data on SoniCloud.

Monitored Data Points on SoniCloud are represented as graphed data.  Below is the breakdown of the Sonicu Graph Page and how to read and understand the data.

The top line of the graph page includes the Point Name and Diagnostic Status.

The next line contains optional views for your graph.  By default when a graph loads you will be looking at the last 24 hours worth of data.  You can easily switch between the last hour, last day, last week, or last month worth of data.  You can also set a custom date range of data to look at.

On the graph, the blue line represents your readings.  As you move along the line, a blue bubble will appear on the part of the line where your mouse is hovering.  This corresponds to the check-in that occurred at that time.  This blue bubble will correspond with a black box at the bottom of the graph that will show the date and time stamp for that check-in.  The red and yellow lines on the graph indicate your Alarm and Caution Thresholds.

The graph options button in the top right corner of the graph provides additional features.  You can download the graph as an image file, or download the raw data in a spreadsheet.  You can also annotate directly on the graph.

Data that was backfilled from a period of time when the meter was not connected to the network, the blue bubble will indicate the time the info was sent to the Cloud.  The black box at the bottom will still show when the check-in happened.
