All users on SoniCloud, regardless of access level, need access to Calibration info. Accessing your Calibration info is easy on your SoniCloud Dashboard. To access your Calibration info, please use the following steps:
1. There are several ways to access your Calibration info. It can be accessed from the dashboard page, the navigation menu, or the settings page.
2. Once on the Calibration info page, you will be able to see all of your calibration data.
The section in Red is your SNAP Calibration Enrollment Status. SNAP Calibration is our Calibration program, in which Sonicu manages your calibration for you. Prior to your current calibrations expiring, Sonicu will pull and calibrate new sensors and ship them to your location before your current calibration expires. Once the new sensors are received you simply need to swap the new sensor for the old one and return the old sensors with the included shipping label.
The section in Orange is your Point location. This shows your Area and Zone.
The section in Green is your Point information. This shows your point name and serial number
The section in Violet shows your Calibration Data. This shows your sensor serial, sensor type, and calibration start and end dates.
The section in Blue is a link to your Calibration Document. This document provides our confirmation that our sensors are calibrated according to ISO/IEC 17025 specifications as required by NIST.
**Please Note** Some regulatory agencies will require you to keep your Calibration Documents on hand for a variable period of time, even after the probe is no longer in use. It is your responsibility to either download the documents or print them out. The Calibration Document is only hosted on SoniCloud while the sensor is in use. Once that sensor is replaced, a new document will be uploaded, and the old document is no longer retrievable by Sonicu. Please check with any regulatory bodies you need to report to so that you can verify their requirements for how long you may need to keep this document.
