Why are my Sonicu Reports not coming through to my email?

Your Local IT Department may be unintentionally blocking Sonicu Reports from being received in your inbox

If you are not receiving Sonicu Reports in your inbox, please contact your local IT Department and ask them to verify emails from "no-reply@sonicumonitoring.com" are added to the "Always Allow" list.  This should fix the issue and allow you to receive reports.  

If after verifying with IT you are still not receiving reports, please reach out to Sonicu Support at support@sonicu.com and our Tech Support Team will work with you to determine the issue.
